You can polish off the look with a cute galaxy blue bow clip around the bun. This shade of blue is so faded, it looks almost white or gray (depending on the lights). The roots are also visible but worn proudly in a half up-half down hairstyle that ends in a messy, low-slung bun.

It is the fact that all these colors like blue, red or green are washed out after only a few shampooing, but they can still look good. Fishtail braids are a great choice in summer since all your hair is gathered in one place. Mixing black and apple green is a great idea for your next hair color experiment. This is an unpredictable look, perfect for edgier, stronger personalities. Channel your inner ice princess with a light teal hair look that is beautifully bold.

If you are not prepared for a full-on green look, consider coloring only the bottom half of your hair. If you are ready to commit to a darker green, then Manic Panic Green Envy is a great pick. The first step was to put tarps all over the roof to ensure no more water or moisture entered the house. When the two took possession of the home, it had been empty for four years, the couple said. A family built it in the 1960s, and then it was passed down to two siblings, a son and a daughter. The son, an architect, lived in the home for many years, and then, when he passed away, the house went to his sister, who then sold it to Phipps and Volkov. One of the most significant issues the couple encountered immediately was that the roof needed to be replaced. Other issues included completely overgrown landscaping, mold throughout, and high levels of moisture from all the water that had come into the house over the years.

The company was later used to pay Stormy Daniels the hush money. Mr. Trump will use the midweek break to campaign in Wisconsin and Michigan, two battleground states in this year’s election. His testimony also teed up the story of Stormy Daniels, a porn star who claims to have had sex with Mr. Trump in 2006 and received a hush-money payment in the days before the 2016 election, a deal at the center of the case. The property owner wants to demolish the structure to build a two-story office building, Newsday has reported. The town planning board in September granted the application, according to the town resolution authorizing the demolition. For example, according to Vilela, during debates and meetings she had with Horsford, he tried to diminish Shalynne’s death as the catalyst for her campaign’s focus on health care.

Both of them live in New York City, so she was able to film Ocasio-Cortez earlier in the campaign cycle and more frequently. Faced with a limited budget, Lears was unable to start traveling with and filming the other candidates until early 2018, so for them, she didn’t have the same footage of the early days of their campaigns, she said. The documentary uses the successful campaign of Ocasio-Cortez ― the only one of the four subjects to win her primary ― as its backbone, while interspersing scenes from the other women’s campaigns. Vilela made health care, including “Medicare for All,” a signature issue in her campaign because of her daughter Shalynne, who died in 2015 after doctors refused to perform potentially lifesaving tests because she didn’t have proof she had health insurance. It wants to promote the hard work, courage and progressive policies of these women, who have all experienced financial hardship. Still, the film lets its subjects do the talking instead of cluttering things with statistics.

Peter Ward, a historian with the historical society, said he plans to work with consultant Crew Froebel, who said he would donate his time, to create a digital replica of the house that will be available on the historical society website. The approval modified covenants and restrictions attached to the property that required the owner to keep the historic structure, town officials said. Now, the property owner can file for and obtain a demolition permit for the structure, subject to the construction of a building incorporating elements from the original such as the turret and semicircular windows. In the video, filmed by CNN but widely circulated on social media, chaos unfolds on the Atlanta campus as officers move in on the impromptu tent city erected by demonstrators early that morning. Lears was there to document a happier election night for Ocasio-Cortez, and the documentary's final moments track the Congresswoman's giddy arrival in Washington D.C. But, to her, "Knock Down the House'' isn't about winning. The candidates are backed by the political action committees Brand New Congress and Justice Democrats, groups that were Lears' gateway to the four candidates.

Crowley appears positively asleep at the wheel, waking up only when The New York Times excoriates him, to awkwardly bop at a Queens Pride parade, and talk almost exclusively about Trump. I remember that night for its pulsing energy, the hysterical sense that people, stunningly, had actually accomplished something in our broken political system. The result was so clearly and swiftly delivered that it felt like a drug.

While capturing Ocasio-Cortez’s triumph, “Knock Down the House” doesn’t shy away from capturing the deflation of defeat, another way the film departs from some other political documentaries and pop culture depictions of politics that paint a rosier picture. And who could, instead, speak furiously about how those powerful industries had hurt them and their families. If anything unsettled Ocasio-Cortez, it was exposing her relationship with her boyfriend, Riley Roberts, which the couple has otherwise tried to keep under wraps.

Her opponent was Joe Manchin, a former head of a coal brokerage firm who received more than $700,000 from the mining industry to run against her. Bush is a nurse who administered medical care in the streets of Ferguson, Missouri, after the murder of Michael Brown. Vilela lost her 22-year-old daughter Shalynne in 2015 to a pulmonary embolism caused by complications from deep-vein thrombosis, which Vilela believes escalated fatally when hospital intake staff failed to treat her adequately when they learned she lacked insurance. She was beat out by Steven Horsford, a candidate backed by the casino and real-estate industries.

Videographer Audra Brown with the humorous stage presentation, with an inspirational message. According to Toronto police, Michael Bebee was taken into custody Tuesday night in Prince Edward Island. But as Mr. Bove wrapped up his cross-examination, he asked Mr. Pecker about his obligations in cooperating with the prosecution in the hush-money trial.

Vilela, who ran in the Democratic primary in Nevada, seems the most personally invested, having been driven into politics by an agonizing family tragedy that she speaks about with raw, heart-heavy candor. Both Bush (from Missouri) and Swearengin (West Virginia) largely appear fed up with the establishment Democrats representing their districts. “We’re coming out of the belly of the beast kicking and screaming,” Swearengin says. For Mr. Pigott, 64, who has written a book about the history of the city’s courthouses, the real significance is what it says about the status of a few blocks of Manhattan as a nexus. He pointed out that Mr. Trump’s civil fraud case and defamation case also both played out this year in courthouses within spitting distance of the criminal trial. In a newsletter from the town historian’s office this winter, Ward wrote that Shutt participated in the “great reforms of the day” and at one time lived in an experimental Massachusetts community where author Nathaniel Hawthorne was an original shareholder.

But that strategy, which led to a tense exchange in the Lower Manhattan courtroom, did not seem to pay off. Mr. Pecker repeatedly rejected characterizations and questions posed by the lawyer, Emil Bove, and resisted the suggestion that he had not been forthright in earlier testimony. “This one-block radius has been the epicenter of criminal justice in New York since the 1830s,” said Mr. Pigott. In these buildings, a jury convicted Anna Sorokin for grand larceny in 2019 for posing as a German heiress to swindle wealthy New Yorkers — a case that almost by definition blurred fact and fiction.

The first criminal trial of former President Donald J. Trump is underway. One of the defendant’s lawyers, Emil Bove, pushed Mr. Pecker about the real purpose of the deal with Ms. McDougal, whether her top priority was money and whether the agreement had other benefits for her. Mr. Pecker conceded that dozens of articles were published under her name.

As he passes reporters, he grimaces, then glares, putting on a braver face as he leaves the courtroom. Vilela, a Nevada businesswoman, entered politics after the death of her daughter, Shalynne. She died at age 22 of a massive pulmonary embolism weeks after being turned away from an ER for lacking insurance. Running on a platform of universal health care, Vilela lost to Democrat Steven Horsford. Ocasio-Cortez has the most name recognition of the bunch, and the doc partially serves as a “Dreams From My Father”-type personal memoir for a millennial politician who has no need to publish a book as long as she has Instagram and Twitter.

After losing a loved one to a preventable medical condition, Amy Vilela didn’t know what to do with the anger she felt about America’s broken health care system. Cori Bush was drawn into the streets when the police shooting of an unarmed black man brought protests and tanks into her neighborhood. Paula Jean Swearengin was fed up with watching her friends and family suffer and die from the environmental effects of the coal industry. Two people are dead following a collision near Limoges.Shortly before 3 p.m.

It was interesting to watch this at its premiere at the Sundance film festival, with a crowd of supporters, some of whom clearly knew the candidates. The audience launched into applause numerous times at great quotes, but, weirdly, I think that somewhat belittles the project. Anyone can make a propaganda video to rile up the base, especially when these four women are saying such noble things about civil rights and the betterment of the working class. But Knock Down The House is far more effective when it is about the people and the process, not landing quips. Knocking on doors, being friendly when people blow you off, making calls for $50 donations, taking “three hours now” to scrutinized collected signatures so they don’t “waste six of your days later in court”.

Accessory Dwelling Unit ADU Plans, Designs & More

The 91-square-foot pod can fit a double-size mattress to be used as sleeping quarters. Large windows and a skylight give the cabin a larger feel, and its geometric shape adds volume, so the small footprint doesn’t feel confining. As his firm was expanding, Canadian architect Randy Bens needed more office space—and after working from home for a decade, he decided it would be best to just stay put.

What Is A Mansion (Comparison & Size Guide)

A crane dropped an industrial container in Randy’s backyard, and he outfitted the ADU appropriately. When the pandemic prevented Claudia Buchanan and her family from spending time with her mother, Alice Marozas, they all decided it was time to rethink the way they live. Their solution was to add a 900-square-foot prefab ADU by Cover to their Brentwood backyard, allowing Alice to be close by while still enjoying some privacy. Receive a hand-picked designer introduction in your area based on your budget, style, and project. Lighting is key to creating a comfortable, aesthetically pleasing ADU—and to making a small space feel less claustrophobic. One reason to make the move is a need for versatile space—an ADU can serve so many different purposes for the same family.

Split Level Home Designs (Types & Pros and Cons)

While all properties with single-family homes are allowed to build an ADU, different jurisdictions may have slightly different rules for how large and how high you can build. Every bedroom must have a window large enough for safe exit in an emergency. The size of your windows will also also affect Title 24 energy calculations required by the state of California. The zoning regulations will tell you what type of ADU you can construct on your property.

What Is An ADU? (Accessory Dwelling Unit)

More homeowners are becoming interested in converting their garage into an ADU. Basically, they want to transform their garage into an additional residential property. Instead of providing a safe space for their car, they prefer to convert the space into a bungalow, home office, or mini apartment.

ADU Financing

Or it can also be attached to your main residence like an apartment that’s built over your garage. With limited space and on a tight budget, London-based architect Richard John Andrews designed and built a home office in his pint-sized backyard. The ADU feels much larger than its actual footprint, thanks to large glass sliding doors and thoughtful use of space, as well as a minimalist design. Using one of their existing prefab models, Madrid-based architects Delavegacanolasso created a custom work-from-home situation for a small business that wanted an office in the backyard. The 215-square-foot ADU features floor-to-ceiling windows and a Cor-Ten steel frame that allows the structure to blend with its natural surroundings. The open-concept studio and guesthouse features double-height ceilings, big windows, and a skylight, which flood the ADU with sunshine that bounces off the white floors and walls.

Why Should You Build an ADU?

Diana also says that her family takes advantage of a “strategically located maple tree,” and communicates with guests about when they need to use their shared backyard space. She says that she reserves her own Airbnb for a few weekends over the summer so that her family can take advantage of the space themselves—you should get the chance to enjoy your brand-new ADU, too. Something ADU hopefuls often forget about is privacy—for guests and homeowners alike. Whether you install partition walls, small fences, gates, or doorways, creating a barrier between the ADU and your home will ensure that nobody intrudes upon anyone else’s space. If you don’t have the option to add more lights or windows, consider painting and decorating with light colors—an easy hack to make a space feel lighter and more spacious.

Smart space- and money-saving design choices are found throughout the open-concept backyard studio, from the fold-down desk to the retrofitted Murphy bed, which the couple sourced from Craigslist. Both rentals have significant natural light, clean-lined cabinetry, black fixtures, and terrazzo tile. Adding an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) to your backyard opens up possibilities. It can provide a place for visiting family or guests to stay, generate income as a rental, or serve as a work-from-home office paces from your back door.

An attached ADU is usually attached to the rear or side part of your main house. An ADU or Accessory Dwelling Unit is a self-contained construction that serves as a single-family house on your current property. The measurement of a standard ADU ranges from 600 square feet to 1,200 square feet. The Delavegacanolasso architects arranged the ADU’s floor plan so that the main area can accommodate an open-concept workspace for several people. A small kitchen, storage area, and bathroom anchor the back of the space.

The stucco-clad ADU gives Emma a place to meet with clients, and she and her husband, Carlos, also rent the tiny house on Airbnb. When a family outgrew their two-bedroom, one-bathroom home in Los Angeles’s West Adams neighborhood, they were too smitten with the area to leave, so they decided to expand into the backyard. While renovating the existing residence, OKB Architecture designed a detached two-story dwelling that fits perfectly at the rear of the narrow lot. Max Kuo, the cofounder of AllThatIsSolid, a practice based in both Kuala Lumpur and L.A., wanted to create a well-designed setting that would accommodate a mix of households sharing a single-family lot. Similarly, Ian Read of Oakland, California, firm Medium Plenty has experience with both conversions and new builds.

The open kitchen and living room opens to a terrace, while a bedroom tucked behind the main communal space connects to a private deck. In Denton, Texas, this backyard guesthouse by Dallas-based practice M Gooden Design echoes the midcentury aesthetic of the primary residence. The homeowners were in need of extra space to host visitors, but instead of expanding the footprint of their two-bedroom home, they decided a separate dwelling was a better option. The main living space was previously two separate volumes with different floor and ceiling heights. The walls, roof, floors, and foundation of Northwood ADU are all prefabricated. T+E+A+M selected the building materials based on their production and panel sizes to minimize waste and increase efficiency.

This can also limit the ADU designs and sizes that you’re planning to build. It can also be built over your current accessory construction like a detached garage. This is one of the best ADU designs options if you want to add a rentable space to your property. When Emma Pereira of Emmanuelle Design needed more space for her expanding family in Miami, the Venezuela-born architect and designer built a 400-square-foot guesthouse and studio in her backyard.

The Dwell House Is a Modern Prefab ADU Delivered to Your Backyard

“Many of the early projects were conversions, typically garages. Because the existing footprint of these structures were grandfathered in, there was some benefit to using them, although they almost always needed to be fully rebuilt,” he says. Accessory dwelling units are small houses (typically between 350 and 1000 square feet) that are usually situated close to a primary dwelling.

An ADU garage conversion extends a property in order to either provide a home for relatives or to manage a small business. When converting a garage into an ADU, make sure to take your neighbor’s land boundary lines, as well as permits, fines, and additional utility expenses into consideration. The idea of adding an extra structure in your outdoor or indoor space such as constructing a gym, home office, or hangout area made ADUs very interesting and attractive to numerous homeowners. Inspired by the design of space capsules, Hello Wood’s Workstation Cabin is a timber-clad geometric pod that can fit up to six people. The uniquely shaped prefab ADU can be used as a guesthouse, office, or hangout—and it can be easily installed in a backyard.

The new ADU shares a deck with the main house, which gives the two structures the feeling of flowing together. The ground floor of the 924-square-foot dwelling includes a family room and a kitchenette that is tucked away behind a bookshelf. The upstairs level houses the wife’s office and a guest suite. If you’re renting the ADU, how will your tenants access the unit?

In the roughly 170-square-foot backyard studio, exposed beams are topped with polycarbonate roof panels that allow natural light to enter the workspace. Two built-in desks with overhead shelving span the back wall near a corner bathroom. The bespoke sliding door system conceals a small storage closet accessed from the outdoor deck. Martin crafted the 350-square-foot addition and also enlarged the garage to 400 square feet for extra storage space.

But in the end, it’ll still depend on the laws in your local government unit. • Schedule a meeting with the contractor to know more about their personality, professional background, and successfully accomplished ADU construction projects. This financing method is also advisable if you plan to rent out your ADU. • Every garage is normally built with electricity and water lines, so you wouldn’t have to worry about incorporating lights, home appliances, and sinks into your ADU once it is built.

On the ground level, an open-plan, double-height living space is surrounded by sliding glass doors that open to a Japanese-style engawa deck. Upstairs, two bedrooms are connected by a bridge that overlooks the living room, and a rooftop deck creates additional space for entertaining. A tiered mahogany deck wraps around the small rectangular structure, adding additional living space and seating outdoors.

Moreover, you might still have to get the approval of your homeowners’ association before going ahead with an ADU conversion. They normally come in standard-size sections so they can be easily transported and assembled. A prefab ADU, as the name implies, is pre-built and already quality-controlled in a facility. This type of ADU is an affordable alternative to a detached ADU since it doesn’t require architectural and design fees. Prefab ADUs are manufactured off-site and often have contemporary finishes and materials. It’s mainly constructed from your current converted space, which is usually a basement or an attic.

The total cost of constructing a prefab ADU can range from $30,000 to $80,000. The total cost of converting a garage into an ADU can range from $80,000 to $140,000. The overall cost of constructing an attached ADU ranges from $100,000 to $155,000.

A window nook surrounded by built-in cabinetry helps delineate a cozy living area near a curved, open staircase that leads to the lofted bed. A 19-foot desk accommodates three workstations in the 350-square-foot backyard office, and there’s a table for meeting with clients. Toward the back of the shipping container, there’s a kitchenette with storage space and a bathroom nestled behind it.

Whichever route you’re leaning toward, let these exceptional ADUs and their accompanying layouts help you come up with the perfect plan for your backyard. “Up until a few years ago, ‘ADU’ was a term used mostly by architects, as part of their professional jargon. The acronym [accessory dwelling units] has only become part of the lexicon in the last year or so. Now, it seems as if everyone is designing, building, or dreaming about an ADU,” says Mary Maydan, founder and principal of San Francisco Bay area firm Maydan Architects. If you’ve ever considered building or buying an ADU, you’re not alone—they’re adorable, practical, and potentially profitable. Accessory dwelling units, or ADUs, are flexible spaces that are perfect for large families, work-from-home hideaways, Airbnb rentals, or a combination of all three.

Paying For Your Dream Cruise Using Uplift or Klarna

cruise payment plan

You do need to allow a few days between booking and your departure date for things to process. Other than that, you are free to travel whenever – even before you’re all paid off. If I upgrade or change my cabin after booking, will the payments change? If changing the cabin (upgrading/downgrading) causes the rate to increase or decrease then the remaining payments will automatically adjust. Note that cancelling Princess EZpay will NOT cancel your cruise.

Onboard Experiences

The wonderful thing about cruising in general is that for many, it’s a lower-cost option than a land vacation. On a cruise, once you pay for your cruise fare, your entire time on a ship is already paid for. I recently cruised with someone who didn’t spend a cent on the cruise, other than the cruise fare. As the captain of this incredible website, my mission is to provide you with the ultimate sailing experience. Set sail on a journey of discovery with us and indulge in the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.

Learn About Credit Cards

If you have add-ons such as flights, hotel transfers, and other optional extras, note that the installment scheme may not cover these additional expenses. It might seem obvious, but the old-fashioned way of paying for items still works. Too many people fall into the trap of buying something on credit and then figuring out how to pay for it later. Most of us do not have a stack of cash just waiting to be spent, especially for something like a vacation which would be classified as a luxury purchase.

Paying incrementally, with an initial minimum deposit

With our cruise payment plans and financing options, you can have the freedom to enjoy your vacation without breaking the bank. Whether you prefer a low monthly payment or the flexibility to pay in installments, we have a plan to suit your needs. When considering cruise financing, it’s important to compare interest rates, fees, and repayment terms to find the option that best fits your budget and financial goals. Remember to consider your ability to make monthly payments and factor in any additional costs such as travel insurance and onboard expenses.

The real question is this; When do you actually PAY for your cruise if you pay via credit card. Ensure that you read and understand the terms and conditions of your particular cruise line thoroughly. This can prevent any misunderstandings and ensure that you’re choosing the best cruise line that fits your financial situation and preferences.

Can I Change My Payment Plan Options After I’ve Already Booked My Cruise?

To apply, you’ll need to provide some basic information like your mobile number, date of birth, and if you are a US resident, your Social Security Number. Princess EZpay will automatically charge the same credit card used for the deposit for each payment. The remaining balance due will be divided equally among the months up to and including the final payment. Book now and pay over time with fixed monthly installments for as low as 0% APR.

Find Cruises & Cruisetours

For example, wave season deals often include incentives to pay in full. At the time of publication, Emerald Cruises was discounting cruise fares by thousands of dollars for anyone paying in full at the time of booking. Scenic was allowing passengers to choose from additional savings, free airfare or free pre- or post-cruise land tours for paying in full right away. Silversea was slashing fares for pay-upfront voyages by 10%-20%. Today, cruise passengers have a plethora of options available if they want to pay for cruises in monthly installments instead of one lump sum.

Pros and Cons of Cruise Financing Options

Some cruise lines also offer last-minute deals if they are looking to fill up remaining slots on their cruises. Like cruise lines, travel agents also have their cancellation policies. It’s important to understand these policies in case you need to change or cancel your cruise. Travel agents can save you time and stress by handling all the payment details for you.

You can then travel around the world in peace after your money is automatically debited every month based on your agreement. Despite its many attractions and amenities, cruises are often expensive and entail a significant out-of-pocket expense.

Typically, you’ll have to set up an onboard account which is used for any purchases made on the ship. You can usually link this to a credit card or pay a deposit up front. With travel insurance, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund if you have to cancel, depending on the reason. This gives you more flexibility regarding your payment options and potential refunds.

Some of the more popular cruise travel agencies, like Expedia Cruises and CruiseDirect have payment plans or financing on travel, including cruises. This feature eliminates the need to carry money and simplifies the payment process onboard. Different cruise lines may have significant variations in their payment plans, deadlines, and cancellation policies. The failed payment amount shall be adjusted to the remaining monthly payments. If all payments are not paid in full by the final payment due date, then the system will follow the current cancellation procedure. For other payment plans, like Carnival’s EasyPay, the balance must reach zero before your set departure date. In this case, if you fail to pay, your trip is canceled by the cruise line. Keep in mind that interest-free credit cards have certain terms and conditions. For example, you should keep track of the interest-free period to avoid additional fees.

These financing plans allow you to book the cruise for which you have been waiting, pining even! You may even be able to go on the cruise before you finish paying for it, which is an added bonus of choosing to pay in installments. If you book a cruise and pay for it with a credit card, you can pay off the balance in monthly installments. An even better option is to charge the balance of your cruise on an interest-free credit card so you won’t incur any extra cost.

Parking – Seaport Parking Lots $27 – $36 per car per day with overnight rates costing more (sometimes more, sometimes a little less). Underground parking is available at the Seaport Hotel, directly across the street from our docks and ticket office with rates of $35 for any car parking there between 12 and 24 hours. One block inland is the the new and very large South Boston Waterfront Parking Center for slightly less money. The DOROTHY BRADFORD was operated by the Cape Cod Steamship Company from 1911 to 1937.

Am I limited in the amount of luggage I can bring aboard and is there a charge for luggage?

By the time the following photograph was taken, in 1937, women are wearing sleeveless dresses, men are in shirt sleeves, completely gone are the parasols and half the group is without hats. Silver Line – Take the subway to South Station and transfer to the Silver Line (the Silver Line also travels through the Back Bay). The Silver Line departures are less than every five minutes to the World Trade Center stop, the location of our dock. The trip from South Station to World Trade Center takes only four minutes.

The fourth ferry that we dedicated to the storied Boston to Provincetown run is the still current fast ferry PROVINCETOWN III. We launched this wonderfully quick and comfortable boat in 2004. We are so proud to be continuing this 170 year tradition of ferrying passengers between Boston and Provincetown and are honored to be the longest operating ferry company of all those that have come before us.

These very well equipped and maintained high speed ferries operate up to three round trips daily between Boston and Provincetown, May through to the first weekend in December. Bay State Cruises is proud to have provided passenger vessel service on Boston Harbor since the 1960s. We are a tightly knit group of hard working folks who care a great deal about what we do on the water and how we do it.

In 1883, the first vessel built specifically for the Boston-Provincetown route was introduced. The LONGFELLOW, pictured here in 1890, operated until 1902. In the background is Provincetown and two of the hundreds of fishing schooners that called on Provincetown regularly during its heyday as a fishing port. We encourage those who also love to be around boats and the waterfront, have an enthusiasm for leaning into their work, and have an upbeat demeanor in general to apply for a position with us. Driving from the North – Take I-93 (central artery) South to exit 16B, the Purchase Street and South Station exit. At the top of the ramp, just outside of the tunnel exit, take a left onto Seaport Blvd.

I made an online reservation. Where do I pick up my tickets? And do I need to pick up tickets?

Bay State Cruise's third ferry dedicated to Provincetown, was the very first fast ferry to ply the route. We ran only two trips per day back then and the price was $75 round trip. Despite a gallon of diesel only costing $.80 per gallon back then, we lost our shirts in these early years of fast ferry transport.

This photo shows the "Boston Boat" (as the ferry has long been named by Provincetowners) landing at Railroad Wharf. Later reconstructed and renamed MacMIllan Pier, the Boston Boats have been landing at nearly the identical location for 170 years. The Provincetown IV is the newest fast ferry serving Cape Cod. Our Ticket Office is located in the Chamber of Commerce office on the west side of Lopes Square, just across the parking lot from MacMillan Pier and Fishermen’s Wharf.

Once in the tunnel, follow the signs to the South Boston exit. At the end of the South Boston exit ramp, head straight one block to Seaport Boulevard. Once purchased, TenPasses have no expiration date, and may be used with any ferry reservation involving two or fewer passengers. Each of a TenPass's ten trips covers one ferry ride for one passenger. So, for example, two passengers using a new TenPass with a round-trip reservation would have four trips deducted from the pass's initial ten trips, leaving six trips to use later.

Our entertainment cruises are limited to Adults 21 or more years of age. All entertainment cruises begin and end at our Boston Docks. Of all the Provincetown Ferry Companies that have served Provincetown since the 1800s, Bay State Cruise Company has served the route the longest. We are proud of this commitment and dedication to the Provincetown community.

This photo is taken from the breezeway just aft of the staterooms on our first ferry, M/V PROVINCETOWN. It's a marvelous depiction of Ptown in the 70s, not just for the hairstyles of our passengers, but, for the fishing activity and shoreline of Provincetown. The inbound fishing vessel is none other than the F/V Michael Anne, one of the last Eastern Rig Draggers to call on Provincetown.
